Les portions : J’ai remarqué un vrai changement. Il n'y avait que 2 boules de mozzarella alors qu'il y en avait 3 auparavant. La quantité de copeaux de parmesan et de roquette a également nettement diminué.
Si hier avait été ma première visite, je n'en aurais plus jamais commandé. C'est dommage de voir une telle baisse de standing sur un plat qui était autrefois excellent. En espérant que vous saurez retrouver la recette qui faisait votre succès... par contre le service TOP! Weniger

Dès notre arrivée, le placeur nous a ignoré en préférant débarrasser une table en
Mehr terrasse alors qu’il nous voyait attendre. Par la suite, le délai entre l’entrée et le plat principal fut anormalement long. Finalement, la personne qui nous a débarrassé s’adressa à peine à nous, ignora nos interpellations et ne nous regarda même pas dans les yeux au moment de l’encaissement.
