La prenotazione è stata semplice e veloce. Avevamo riservato un tavolo per 15 bambini e tutto era preparato in modo curato e davvero carino. Abbiamo scelto un pacchetto dedicato ai compleanni che includeva ingresso al parco giochi, cibo, bevande e snack per i piccoli: ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, ne è davvero valsa la pena!
Vedere nostro figlio divertirsi e giocare con i suoi amici in un ambiente sicuro e così accogliente ci ha riempito il cuore. Torneremo sicuramente!

We celebrated our son’s birthday at Starbie after having attended a friend’s party there in April, before the renovation. Back then, we were truly impressed — there were just a few birthday tables, it wasn’t overcrowded, the service was excellent,
Mehr and everything felt well-organized. That positive experience made us choose Starbie for our own celebration.
Unfortunately, after the renovation, things have changed — and not for the better. The birthday area is now packed with an excessive number of tables; parents are squeezed together, competing for fridges, knives, and space. It was extremely hot and stuffy, the ventilation was clearly insufficient, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic and overcrowded.
The worst part, however, was the food service. Our party started at 2:00 PM. We asked for the food to be served at 3:00 PM, but were told it would be at 3:30 PM due to the large number of parties that day. By 4:30 PM, there was still no food on the table. We kept coming every 15 minutes to check, and each time we were told that the food was “already in the oven” and “almost ready.” In the end, it turned out it hadn’t even been prepared. When I spoke to the manager one last time about our missing nuggets, she simply disappeared into the kitchen without saying a word and never came back.
For such a large number of guests, there should be much more staff to handle the demand properly. We weren’t the only ones affected — other parents were also repeatedly reminding staff about their orders and were clearly frustrated.
Our expectations were very high because our first experience at Starbie was wonderful. Sadly, this time was the complete opposite — overcrowded, disorganized, and extremely disappointing. We truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the park itself is fantastic, but the organization and service need major improvement. Weniger

Renovation ist super, aber es ist sehr laut. Die 4 bei Preis/Leistung, weil die Eltern bezahlen müssen (wir haben nur konsumiert und nicht geturnt) und weil vergleichbare Angebote in der Region ca. 15% günstiger sind. Zusätzlich frage ich mich,
Mehr warum der Tisch nur bis 17 Uhr zur Verfügung steht.
